• Operate and maintain the Prioris platform.
• Provide AI-driven scoring and predictions tailored to your specific product context (the "Product Passport").
• Improve Our Intelligence: We analyze anonymized, aggregated patterns to refine our global benchmarks. Individual business secrets, specific metrics, and proprietary hypotheses are never exposed to other users.

3. AI Processing & Confidentiality

Prioris uses advanced AI models (including RAG and vector embeddings) to analyze your data:

• Data Isolation: Your workspace data is isolated. Our AI does not "leak" your specific hypotheses or results to other companies.
• Model Calibration: We use your historical experiment results to calibrate your personal "Confidence Score," making the system smarter specifically for your product.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted service providers necessary to run Prioris:

• Infrastructure: We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication.
• AI Services: We use processors like OpenAI or Google to generate embeddings and analyze text. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and do not use your data to train their foundation models.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.
