1. The Service
Prioris is a product management platform designed for hypothesis prioritization using the Unified Hypothesis Impact Framework (UHIF) v1.0. Our service includes AI-driven analysis, benchmarking, and data organization tools.
2. AI Disclaimer & No Guarantees
Predictions, not Promises: Prioris uses Artificial Intelligence to provide scores and forecasts. These are estimates based on historical data and patterns. We do not guarantee that any hypothesis will result in the predicted uplift.
Business Decisions: You are solely responsible for the business decisions made based on Prioris outputs. Prioris is an advisory tool, not a substitute for professional judgment or real-world testing.
3. User Content & Data Ownership
Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data, hypotheses, and experiment results you upload to Prioris ("User Content").
License to Process: To provide our service (including AI training for your specific workspace), you grant Prioris a license to process, store, and analyze your data.
Anonymized Aggregation: We may use anonymized, de-identified data to improve our global AI models and benchmarks. Your specific business secrets remain private and are never shared with other users.
4. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership: Prioris, its logo, the UHIF v1.0 methodology implementation, and all underlying code and algorithms are the exclusive property of Prioris.
Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prioris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and your use of Prioris shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the primary operator of the service resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Good Faith Negotiations: In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to settle the dispute through friendly, good-faith consultations and negotiations.
Venue: If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the operator’s current location.
